The wire crimping machine is capable of pressing wires with diameters ranging from 0.70-16mm, using various machine types such as the mechanical control FC101, SC101, HC101, and new PLC control SK20 and SK40 to cater to different market requirements. Based on the hardness of the raw material wire, different crimping wheels are selected for different machines. Generally, we have three types of crimping wheels: OD120-128mm cone-shaped bore suitable for 0.70-6.0mm wire used on FC101 and SC101; OD260-310mm with a 76mm shaft hole suitable for 1.0-10mm wire used on machines HC101 and SK20; OD335-370mm for the heavy wire crimping machine SK40, which can handle wires with a maximum diameter of 16mm.

The working technology of the mechanical wire crimping machine is adjusted by hand, and a sensor checks the crimping length and quantity to work automatically. On the other hand, the PLC control wire crimping machine has all functions and measures introduced and programmed on the touch screen, making it easier and faster to fix the machine in the right working status.
