Width and length verification of Dutch weave wire mesh

The mesh width of the metal wire woven dense mesh is 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1600mm, and 2000mm, with a deviation of 20mm on the width and no downward deviation is allowed. The metal wire woven dense mesh should be supplied in rolls, and the length of each roll can be supplied with a fixed length or an indefinite length. When supplied with a fixed length, the length of each roll is 15m, 25m, 30.5m, or as requested by the customer. When supplied with a fixed length, the upward deviation of the mesh length is 0.5m, and no downward deviation is allowed. When supplied with an indefinite length, each roll of mesh can be composed of one or more segments, and the mesh segments in the same roll must be of the same specification and material grade. The minimum length of the mesh segment must meet the following requirements:

for nominal aperture ≤10μm, the minimum length of the mesh segment is 1m; for nominal aperture (11-40) μm, the minimum length of the mesh segment is 2m; for nominal aperture >40 μm, the minimum length of the mesh segment is 2.5m. When inspecting the mesh width and length, a steel tape measure with a scale value of 1mm is used for measurement.
