Warp tension parameters

Different types of looms have different forms of the warp pre-tensioning due to different structures.

For example: The pre-tensioning is applied to the cloth take-up mechanism to the imitating Germany loom and Russian loom, directly applying the tension of the tension spring or the weight to the metal woven cloth.

The pre-tensioning of the imitating Japanese loom ZWJ-1300 is directly applied to the unwoven warp by weight.
Therefore, different types of looms have different pre tension values.
Warp tension value of ZWJ-1300 imitating Japanese loom:
---Take 0.30-0.35 times of warp tension resistance to the plain weave square hole cloth;
---Take 0.40-0.45 times of warp tension resistance to the twill weave square hole cloth;
---Take 0.22-0.28 times of warp tension resistance to the dutch weave cloth (Holland weave cloth).
