The application of filter mesh in different areas

1. Papermaking and printing and dyeing

Scope of application: Removal of impurities in various printing and dyeing, washing liquids and wastewater produced in printing and dyeing, washing processes; filtration of impurities in liquid water used in the paper industry such as raw water, heat exchange water, sealing water, white water, cooling tower water, and additives, reagents, and polymer reactants added during paper production. The water to be treated by the PM2.5 filter enters the machine through the inlet, and the impurities in the water settle on the stainless steel filter screen, creating a pressure differential. The pressure differential switch monitors the pressure differential changes of the inlet and outlet, and when the pressure differential reaches the set value, the controller sends a signal to the hydraulic control valve and drives the motor. After installation, the equipment needs to be debugged by technical personnel.

 

2. Water quality treatment

Main application industries: filtering of foreign matter such as sand particles, algae, and large debris in raw water sources such as river water and well water; filtering of wastewater generated during production processes in industries such as steel, aquaculture, and electronics technology.

 

3. Pharmaceutical technology

Main application scope: crystallization industry filtration and purification, filtration of medicinal syrups, removal of activated carbon particles in pharmaceuticals, recovery of reusable catalysts, recovery of active ingredients added during pharmaceutical synthesis (meaning the combination of several parts into a whole), etc. The intermediate bag-type air filter refers to an air filtration device, generally used in clean rooms, clean workshops, laboratories, and clean rooms, or for dust prevention in electronic, mechanical, and communication equipment. There are various types of filters including pre-filters, intermediate filters, high-efficiency filters and sub-high-efficiency filters, each with different standards and effectiveness.

 

4. Food and beverages

Main applications: pre-filtration for removing impurities in liquid food and beverage filling; filtering suspended solids, sediment and other impurities in liquid beverages; refining and clarification of beer, jelly and other products; removal of impurities in water and wastewater during various food production processes; filtering of edible oils such as soybean and sunflower oil; decolorization of sugar.

 

5. Petroleum Chemical Industry (petrochemical industry)

Primary Application Scope: filtration of gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene and other oil types; separation of extracted polymers; filtration of cooling water, industrial circulating water, and oil well injection water; recovery of filtered catalysts; interception of carbon black and filter aids (to facilitate smooth filtration). The untreated water for the PM2.5 filter enters the machine through the inlet, and the impurities in the water settle on the stainless steel filter, creating a pressure difference. The pressure difference switch monitors the changes in pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller activates the hydraulic control valve and drives the motor. After installation, the equipment needs to be adjusted by technical personnel.

 

6. Fine Chemicals

Main applications: filtering agglomerates and impurities in viscous coatings, filtering impurities in adhesives, filtering agglomerates in mixed solutions after reactions, filtering fibers and gels in inks, resins, and coatings.

 

7. Industrial Manufacturing

Main application areas: removal of impurities from automotive phosphating solution, filtration of electroplating solution, filtration of precious metal recovery, filtration of cooling water circulation, filtration of lubricating oil, filtration of equipment cleaning solution, filtration of ultra-precision grinding oil, filtration of cutting fluid, etc.
