Stainless steel filter element

A filter element is used to separate solid particles from liquids or gases, or to ensure thorough contact between different material components to accelerate reaction time. It can protect equipment from malfunctioning or ensure clean air. When a fluid enters a filter element with a specified filter mesh, impurities are blocked while clean fluid flows through the filter element. Liquid filter elements purify contaminated fluids (including oil and water) to a clean state suitable for production and daily life, achieving a certain level of cleanliness.
They are used in filtration equipment as components for separating materials and come in many forms based on material and purpose such as metal filter elements, activated carbon filter elements, and air filter elements. Sintered felts and depth-compound filter media are types of filter elements.
Stainless Steel Filter
A Stainless Steel filter has excellent filtering performance and can provide uniform surface filtering performance for filtering particles of 2-200μm. The main filtering material is a multi-layered sintered stainless steel mesh with a filtering accuracy of 0.5-200μm. Its size can be customized according to user requirements.

Rated flow rate: 80-200L/min, working pressure: 1.5-2.5pa, filtering area (m2): 0.01-0.20, filtering accuracy (μm): 2-200μm, filter material: stainless steel woven mesh, stainless steel punch mesh used for primary water removal from heavy oil burning systems, and can also be used for chemical liquid filtering with an accuracy of 100μm.
Suitable for pre-treatment and post-treatment systems in industries such as electronics, petroleum, chemical, medicine, and food for further purification of water with low suspended impurities (less than 2~5mg/L).
