The new crimped wire mesh machine breaks away from the traditional keyboard-style wire weaving and adopts a dual rapier weft-insertion system, which improves the number of weft-insertion and mechanical stability. It is more user-friendly with an electromagnetic clutch and automatic brake, effectively increasing production efficiency by 1.5 times and reducing machine failure rate close to zero. It can achieve fully automatic weaving for wire diameters of 2mm and below.
