Crimped wire mesh machine

The crimped wire mesh machine can be divided into three models: semi-automatic crimped wire mesh machine,automatic crimped wire mesh machine, and hydraulic crimped wire mesh machine.

 

The fully automatic crimped wire mesh machine is a shuttle-less warp drawing machine. It is available in four new economic and easy-to-operate models: disposable flower net machine, universal crimped wire mesh machine, integrated weaving crimped wire mesh machine, and openwork crimped wire mesh machine. The disposable crimped wire mesh machine comes with a complete set of crimping molds, and can be rolled and woven with good warp and weft. The universal crimped wire mesh machine uses a set of molds to complete the process of wire crimping and net weaving, and can weave multiple mesh sizes with a single machine. After the warp is crimped, it is automatically woven into a net. Both models automatically stop and alarm when the warp and weft are incorrect. They are NC controlled and easy to operate. Suitable for fully automatic weaving of metal wires below 2mm and metal wires with a net width below 3 meters. By changing the mold, various mesh sizes of crimped wire mesh can be woven. The products include barbecue net, openwork net, integrated weaving net, sieve net, and more.
