Features and Application

The machine adopts PLC programmable control system, through servo motor and turbine reducer control cloth take-up and warp let-off to achieve automatic mesh tension adjustment, so that the mesh precision is high, Which can be more accurate weaving 80-600 square mesh with the standard wire diameter and also weave up to 2600 Dutch mesh; The independent servo motor drives each piece of heddle frame to freely set the heddle frame sequence, the height and closing time to achieve smooth wire tension, and the diversification of braid patterns; The direct drive AC servo weft insertion can adjust the rapier return time and the length and time of the second pulling at will. The limit setting of the rapier belt not only effectively protects the rapier belt and head but also improves the safety factor of the rapier belt operation. The absolute encoder is used to prevent accidents and defects such as abnormal power failure, brake instability, and data loss resulting in the clamping of the rapier belt, making the operation more stable.

This machine is mainly used for the weaving of precision metal steel of special screen printing grade, which can meet the technical requirements required for screen printing applications in the electronics and optoelectronics industry market

• M-10 is the standard stainless steel wire mesh. It is produced with strict quality control.

• M-13(Strengthened stainless steel wire mesh )
• M-13 is the Strengthened stainless steel wire mesh. This type mesh is woven with the stainless steel wire which is 30% stronger than the standard stainless steel wire.
• The extra tensile strength of M-13 enhances the mesh tension and optimizes the printing parameters. Thereby M-13 improves the printing size precision and has a longer using life.
• M-30(Super strengthened stainless steel wire mesh)
• The elongation of M-30 is very low while its opening range is wide.
• This type mesh is woven with the super stainless steel wire which is 3 times as strong as the standard stainless steel wire. So M-30 can maximum reduce the screen interference during the image printing as well as make sure excellent ink penetration rate.M-30 applies to challenge the high viscosity ink printing, such as solar battery, MLCC, LTCC etc.
• W-40(Tungsten wire mesh,new generation)
• W-40 is new generation wire mesh. This type mesh is woven with tungsten filament whose physical stability and printing repeatability is higher than the strengthened stainless steel wire above mentioned. The chart in the up part of next page show the comparison of tensile strength.

• HDM(Heavy deposit wire mesh)
• HDM is dedicated to special screen printing which need the deposition of the heavy sink.
