 Features and Application

The machine adopts PLC programmable control system, through servo motor and turbine reducer control cloth take-up and warp let-off to achieve automatic mesh tension adjustment, so that the mesh precision is high. Which can be more accurate weaving 200 square mesh with the standard wire diameter and also weave up to 300 Dutch mesh, such as: plain weaving, Twill weave, Dutch weave and Reverse Dutch; The direct drive AC servo weft insertion can adjust the rapier return time and the length and time of the second pulling at will. The limit setting of the rapier belt not only effectively protects the rapier belt and head but also improves the safety factor of the rapier belt operation. The absolute encoder is used to prevent accidents and defects such as abnormal power failure, brake instability, and data loss resulting in the clamping of the rapier belt, making the operation more stable.

The woven metal mesh is widely used in petroleum, chemical, machinery, military, aerospace and other industrial sectors of liquid, gas filtration and solid particle screening

Advantage of CNC rapier

The CNC weft insertion: it can arbitrarily adjust the time of the rapier entering and pulling, and set the weft length and time at the second pulling.

The limit setting of rapier not only effectively protect the rapier, but also improves the safety factor of the rapier moving. The absolute value encoder is used to prevent abnormal power outages, brake instability, data loss causing the rapier to be stuck, and the operation is stable.

Advantage of Endless Weaving

Endless weaving is through 2 PU coating rollers and 1 steel roller or 3 PU coating rollers extrusion wire cloth to achieve continuous weaving process. PU coating rollers adopt the advanced processing technology, accurate middle height, so that the overall PU coating rollers under the uniform force, easy to operate with the long service life. This structure can realize the function of endless weaving with the flat and smooth mesh surface. However, it is limited to the square mesh with the plain weave till 200 mesh. Better workable range: 40-200 mesh for the plain weave or plain dutch weave.

Advantage of CNC wrap let-off and cloth take-up

Both wrap let-off and cloth take-up devices are composed of reducer and servo motor, which not only fully finish the perfect weaving process instead of the gear machinery , but also makes it easier than that of the mechanical structure to keep the uniform aperture. The weaving process does not need adjustment to achieve 24 hours non-stop weaving.

Cloth take-up structure can adjust the time difference progress such as the continuous cloth take-up and the intermittent cloth take-up.

Warp let-off structure: Through the tension digital control the uniform wire feeding to keep the stable weaving tension.
